PHILIPSBURG--The Government of St. Maarten will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the countrys constitutional status in the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Monday, October 13, with official Constitution Day activities at Jocelyn Arndell Festival Village starting at 11:30am.
